The help I’ve been looking for!

Highly recommend this podcast for people to get actionable tips to support an active lifestyle and health with scoliosis. I am an active 47-year-old who has had scoliosis since age 12. I’m also in occupational therapist so I understand basic biomechanics but I can only do so much on my own. For many years, I have tried to find a physical therapist who specializes in scoliosis to help me understand how to modify my workouts and my lifestyle to help me actually improve my scoliosis. Meghan’s podcast and services are exactly what I was dreaming of. I cannot wait to work with Meghan and have already booked a discovery call.
