ACS #158 Quebrado & Taylor Pearon - CONNECTION
Quebrado and Taylor are both Capoeiristas and Certified TACFIT and FlowFit Instructors. It was great to hear their thoughts on TACFIT training and concepts from two amazing movers.
Great listen for not only fans and practitioners of combat sports, but for people of all walks of life. Great variety of guests. Very insightful and motivating topics. I highly recommend the Alberto Crane podcast.
My New Favorite
As a student of Tacfit and Gracie Jiu Jitsu this is an easy podcast to get into. I appreciate how Professor Crane and his guests are so open and genuine in their interviews. I had the pleasure of attending a Tacfit seminar with Alberto Crane and Scott Sonnon last June and left beyond inspired by both men. I think anyone could find immense value in the topics discussed in this podcast. Keep up the amazing work.
Lessons from the best — martial arts
Excellent podcast for those interested in all things martial arts and fitness. Free flowing conversations take shape around the core topics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and the science of fitness. Led by BJJ Champion and sixth degree black belt Alberto Crane, discussions provide insight into the minds of high level performers and world class athletes.
