Never been a podcast guy. This may have changed all that.
Honestly, I was never one for podcasts. I honestly don’t think I gave them a chance. But I took a chance on these two and the information they have made you feel like they weren’t talking at you but you were in the same room talking with them. Not only that but every episode is relatable to your own weight loss story. They are so down to earth and I as someone who came in very apprehensive, they converted me to a fan. Thank you gentlemen for giving me something née to listen to on my journey!
