Too often we dislike or go as far as saying I hate this or that. We don't give a lot of thought to what hate really is. Hate is the ignorance of emotion. The definition of hate when relating to emotion is "a strong aversion towards something". To simplify this is to say "keep it out of my bubble" the problem with this is emotion doesn't come from outside your body. It comes from inside your body. So you can't get away from it.

In this episode we complete the emotional archaeology series and bring to everyone's attention how to engage entirely with your negative emotions, as well as, the application of making them a creative space.

We tend to bury ourselves in our negative emotion. Do we ever take the time to see if what we have buried is of any use to us? In this episode we are explore the possibility of digging up our negative emotion and seeing if it actually has any use in our lives. This episode is the first of at least 2 episodes that will be on the emotional archaeology subject.

In this episode we talk about world peace being attainable and guess who it starts with? I used to believe that World peace was a pie in the sky idea. That it would never be feasible but I know now that it isn't only attainable but you can have it now!
