    5. I’m sad today.

Todays episode is pretty much what I’d write if I were journaling about my feelings. I’ve been very sad and depressed lately, and I just felt like talking about it, while still laying in bed. You may relate to something I said today, and if so, I’d love to hear from you. You can find me on Instagram @allthingsbrookpodcast, and contact me through allthingsbrook@gmail.com. Taking the Week Off- Mental Health Week

Sadly, there will not be an episode today. I’ve been struggling with my mental health as well as some medical issues this week, so I’m taking a break. I hope to be back next week with a new episode! Have a good one, guys!

    4: Adult Friendships Are Hard.

Today, with the help of my lovely friend Anna, we dive into the harsh and gut-wrenching reality of adulthood and the relationships, or lack thereof, within that. We chat about the changing of seasons and whether you are involved in that change. We also chat a lot about how mental health can affect how we view these relationships how they change. You can find me on Instagram @allthingsbrookpodcast, and contact me through allthingsbrook@gmail.com. We are currently available on Anchor, Spotify Podcasts, Apple Podcasts, and Podcast App. https://linktr.ee/allthingsbrook You can find Anna on Instagram and Twitter @lilannalaurent, give her a follow!  As always, if you want to support me, please rate, review and subscribe. 3: Small Town - Religious TRAUMA

Today, I decided I would ramble about the toxicity and traumatizing experiences I had from growing up in my small, southern, Kentucky town, as well as the trauma added on by the small-town churches and their members. We talk about bullies, parents who bully other kids, "Christians" who constantly gossip and bash other churches, members, and even children, and how all of that has greatly affected me in my adulthood as well as others with similar experiences. This may ruffle some feathers, but I guess I'm just going for it. If you have had similar experiences, I'd love to hear from you!  You can find me on Instagram @allthingsbrookpodcast, and contact me through allthingsbrook@gmail.com. We are currently available on Anchor, Spotify Podcasts, Apple Podcasts, and Podcast App. https://linktr.ee/allthingsbrook Special shoutout to Witches, Magic, Murder & Mystery Podcast for their inspiration to make my own podcast.  Special shoutout to Kentucky Trauma Therapist Podcast for her inspiration to talk about religious trauma and all the aspect that surrounds that.  As always, if you want to support me, please rate, review and subscribe. See you next week!

2: So this is why I am the way I am?

Today, I wanted to get real personal and share with you my life, from start, to the beginning of college. We hit on a lot of great things in my life, but mostly, I talked about major things that shaped me into who I am! From here, we can go further into a lot of mental illnesses and background on those, as well as ways I have to learned to live with them.  You can listen to Witches, Magic, Murder and Mystery on Spotify, Apple Podcast and more to hear more on my parent's story.  Follow @allthingsbrookpodcast on instagram to see more day to day life, as well as (hopefully) some self-inspiration type posts! https://linktr.ee/allthingsbrook
