    Breathwork, Auras, and Yoni's with Sara Silverstein

    In this episode I have asked my breathwork mentor, Sara Silverstein, to join us and talk about...well, a little of everything! Sara is a renowned breathwork facilitator and instructor. She has taught in Bali as well as various locations around the United States since leaving the corporate world in search of her true purpose. Sara also offers in person Aura photography for those lucky enough to be in the same city as her! She provides individuals a closer look of their energetic fields while making the experience fun and comfortable. Recently, she has also begun exploring sensual pleasure breathwork and hosting workshops.     Hannah Rudnick is a certified empowerment coach that works with those who have been stuck within systems of oppression to help them work through their situations as well as a parenting coach! She focuses on parent empowerment. As a momma herself, Hannah is able to empathize with parents while still lending a coaching skillset. Hannah is also a daughter of a pastor. She came on to share her experiences as a pastor's daughter and share her own opinions of what she believes spirituality and religion can really be. As someone who has this unique exposure and background I was very fascinated with what she had to share and how she approached such complex beliefs.     Why I Don't Like The Term "Spirituality"

    In this episode I am just sharing a concept that I have been wrestling with since moving away from having a 'regular' 9-5 job and embracing my purpose. I struggle with using the term "Spirituality" for everything, because it is also used to express a lot of ideas that I believe Spirituality is not. I have been exploring this ideology for about 2 months on my own and I was hoping that in sharing it with you, I would gain clarity as well as hopefully validate some of your own potential struggles.
