    In this episode, Kyle sits down with Adrian, a longtime Altered States Wellness member whose personal wellness journey led him somewhere he never expected becoming the owner of our newest location in The Colony, Texas. Adrian spent years in the high pressure world of cyber security. On the outside, everything looked successful. But on the inside, the stress was stacking up. He turned to wellness tools like PEMF and red light therapy to help manage the overwhelm, and little by little he felt himself coming back to life. What started as self-care quickly became something bigger. Soon his home looked like a mini recovery studio, and friends and family were stopping by for sessions. The more he shared these tools, the more he realized how much he wanted to help people feel better in a deeper, more intentional way. That spark led him straight to Altered States Wellness.
