    Ep. 10: The loudness of silence.

    Hello everyone :) On this last episode of season 2, I discuss the importance of selective dialogue and verbiage when it comes to possessing decorum regarding what needs to be said (and not said). I refer to 3 Bible passages in the book of Proverbs to support my points: 1. Proverbs 10:19 "When words are many, transgression is not lacking, but whoever restrains his lips is prudent." 2. Proverbs 11:12 "Whoever belittles his neighbor lacks sense, but a man of understanding remains silent." 3. Proverbs 17:28 "Even a fool who keeps silent is considered wise; when he closes his lips, he is deemed intelligent." As always, I hope you extract a lesson (or two) from this episode. Enjoy! :)

    In this episode, I discuss the effects that have been extracted from my 2.5 years of seeking therapy for my mental wellness. I also discuss the importance of recognizing one's worth and not expecting just the bare minimum from Jesus, yourself, and other people in our lives.
