Your school is more than just the place you go to receive an education. From valuable life skills to forming new friendships, your school is expected to be a safe space to grow without filters or irrational restrictions. But, more importantly, every student is entitled to fair treatment in all aspects of their academic and personal life.

Unfortunately, hushing impartial treatment towards girls, has been prevalent in most schools for quite some time, and in this episode, we'll be addressing just that- sexism in schools.

Our guest speaker for this episode will be referred to under the alias of 'Sara' to ensure anonymity and safety. We've also gone one step further and altered the voice. We would greatly appreciate that our listeners avoid listing schools or inferring names of the guest as opinions shared are based on personal experiences and observations. They are not a direct reflection of any individual school or student.

Ever wanted to know what goes on behind the scenes of up and coming content creators? Well, you're in luck! We're pulling back the curtains to reveal what's going on in Neil Nihalani's life. Neil (he/him) is an up and coming influencer based in Pune, India and joins us in conversation about climbing the influencer ladder, getting to grips with self-identity, identifying support systems and dealing with hate whilst navigating the second lockdown in India! 

Bad friendships = Great lessons...at least for the two of us. Friendships are not always a colourful journey that we watch on movies, or see pictures of on social media. They are the people who are there for you at your highest or the ones who choose to leave you at your lowest. 

We've had a tough time navigating ourselves through a series of toxic relationships in school and in university over the past few years. So in this episode, we've shared our journey of overcoming the mental health struggles of dealing with troublesome friendships while sharing the ways you all can form healthy relationships with your friends.
