    55 - How Life & Death Shaped Angeline Wolff

    Angeline Wolff is a writer, model and mother living in Southern Oregon with her family. She published a book which is a compilation of her poetry. Ammon & Angie talk about her father who committed suicide when she was 18 and in the same week she found out she was pregnant with her daughter. She claims that her daughter saved her life. This is a conversation of vulnerability and struggle and finding ways to express yourself and move passed trauma. Angie uses poetry to cope with her father's passing and has been able to help a lot of people who can relate to her.     Jeremiah's relationship with his dad is unique. In this episode, Ammon and Jeremiah talk about when the roles of parenting are reversed and you have to take care of you parents. Jeremiah goes into the challenge of his dad's health declining and the lengths he had to go to in order to insure his dad's safety and how he balances that with his career, work life and all his other responsibilities. Sometimes life comes at you fast and you have to adapt sooner that you originally thought you would. ENJOY!

    Jesse is Ammon's brother in law. In this episode, they process their biggest fight they had. Confronting family about conflict is hard but we all go through it. This conversation is an attempt to be brave in the face of disagreements and strong emotions. Jesse also discusses his CrossFit training and how he's taking testosterone injections. They also discuss Jesse's professional life and how he wants to buy a jewelry business.
