America's Barley Basket

I have decided to leave a review after finally catching up to this. These two do a delightful job, and the banter is well done back and forth. I’ll admit, there’s times I’ve yelled at my phone on Simpsons trivia (one of which I will address below) but these two have made the past 300 or so hours quite enjoyable. Nitpicking-The guy you keep referring to as “Ay, palie” was named Raphael (Season 12, Episode 13, “Day of the Jackanapes”, 8:21).

This podcast is great, they give great overviews of The Simpson’s (Which I have never seen also) and create extensive laughs using their midwestern knowledge and lifestyle. I can relate to almost every back and forth banter they have. Top notch.

I told myself when I caught up on episodes that I would write a review and now I have listened to all 106 episodes to date. Two grown men who have never seen the Simpsons and who only occasionally get a pop culture reference 100% correct. I’ve spent over 200 hours with these boys now and really appreciate their banter. I first heard them on another podcast and was intrigued with the premise. I couldn’t stop listening but I am so glad I got caught up so I can go on with my life. One day, I’ll need to go up to the other Dakota and catch their live shows. Keep up the fun episodes boys!
