Listening to Amused Bouche, I feel like Jen and Abby are at my kitchen table. They are quick and funny and charming as heck. This podcast is personified comfort food and a celebration of Charlotte’s food scene all in one. Tune in for the Yelp review re-enactments, stay for the interviews with the Queen City’s culinary movers and shakers.

First of all, this podcast is everything. Had to share some feedback on Batch 3 specifically. 1. Chad’s review of Two Scoops was HILARIOUS. Well done Jen 2. Abby, as you guys started describing battle squash I kept thinking about a stuffed acorn squash recipe I’ve made and then you took the words right out of my mouth. However, it’s gotta be real sausage (Sorry Jacob!) and fresh rosemary, Parmesan cheese and Panko bread crumbs also make it next level. 3. When I go to the movies I like my popcorn soft and smothered with butter and I like my candy BUNCHA CRUNCH. Nothing else will do. Okay maybe a Goober or two but BUNCHA CRUNCH first and foremost. 4. Jen, your commentary on Hawkers wings is spot on. I’ve never had such a wing experience before. Love you ladies, keep it up! P.S. I’m in on battle breakfast and battle salad!
