In today's episode I talk about Carl Jung's definition of becoming whole, Individuation or becoming the best version of your Self. I love to talk about energy because it was so pivotal to my awakening, and the concept of our thoughts being electrical impulses caused me to shift my consciousness. I refer to Dr. Joe Dispenza's research on how our personalities are formed, how the "shadow" and the pain-body are very similar ideas. I share how I absorbed unconscious negative emotion from my mother when I was in her stomach, and how that caused issues in my health as an infant.
