What about hopping off a luxury yacht off the coast of Croatia with 40 of your friends? Do you ever think about what it would be like to private charter a plane between the Caribbean islands for your birthday or a mom and me vacation in Maui? Sounds like a dream right? Not when you're Tracy O. At her Instagram's first glance, you'd think she was gifted the lap of luxury luck, but because I've watched this woman work her butt off the last several years, I know it's the reward of hard work, planning and just having the guts to stick out one leg further out at a time. This week, one of my very best and life-long friend of almost 30 years - Lauren, talk about our mamas and how their parenting influenced our adult lives as well as our own parenting styles.     Dating was so much easier in our 20's. We were so optimistic and naive when it came to what the future had in store for us. Fast forward to us in our mid-40s and Erika and I have ,respectively, experienced much when it comes to relationships, but more importantly, relationships with ourselves.  Erika is from the Washington, DC area and a life-long friend and TJ's mommy.
