We can serve justice & truth or privilege & power. The more we make compromises to those in privilege & power, the more we diminish our capacity for justice & truth. Better as an intellectual or an artist, to always be a heretic". Benda overstood something that every age conspires to make us forget: the intellectual exists not to decorate power, but to disturb it. The moment the writer, the professor, the journalist, or the artist begins asking, "How will this affect my access? My reputation? My invitations? My grants? My career?" they have already begun the transaction that Benda called treason.     What We Would Do If Diagnosed With Cancer Niles Heckman Download A relative of our wife may or may not have just been diagnosed with cancer. They are quite young. In their early 40s. Like most of us when we hear such a thing and say "we're sorry to hear that" and what we really secretly mean is "we're glad that's not us" we are going to take this one and say this is what we would do if this was us. A to do list per say, and share it with you. Now note... we are not a medical professional. We're just a guy with some self-development, who reads a lot, and has a journalistic instinct to challenge structures of power to empower the individual. Because knowledge is power. And the machine wants one mostly subservient and powerless. One thing about the to do list we are about to give is they can be done in addition to traditional western medical advice. As this is not medical advice but is predominately to do with diet and lifestyle, with the exception of one thing - which is a potential tweak to traditional treatment which we'll suggest towards the end.
