A wealth of information on how to live a healthy, well balanced lifestyle in line with the natural elements. So inspiring! I highly recommend for anyone wanting to get back in touch with nature, balance their body, and live in full body health. I have learned to much that I’ve been able to apply to my daily life! Helps you to love being in nature even more!

These podcasts are easy to listen to and are full of interesting info. to help us keep our bodies healthy naturally. In the wood episode he talks about trees that give off healthy essential oils that we breathe in while hiking or walking through the forest. Great motivation to get outdoors! Thanks!
