An expert leads this podcast with great information. Lately it seems the podcast narrowing its focus from general skills to specific items found on Ancestry. I understand why but the system was not broken, stay global please. And I agree that the production needs vast improvement.

An excellent resource for Ancestry members wishing to get more from their Ancestry experience. The town hall podcast is simply outstanding in offering an insight into the company and it's service; please do another one for 2010! Sound quality is poor, would be ideal if the audio was recorded at source, not from the phone line.

These are amazingly amateurish for a company that takes in as much money as Ancestry does. Essentially just a person sitting in front of a cheap webcam. Very poor quality audio with a noticeable AC hum throughout. I haven't been able to bring myself to watch more than a few secs. of any of these, so I don't know why I'm still subscribing.
