Excellent for caregivers but also anyone needing a boost

Heather is a comforting, expert voice who knows what info is both helpful, uplifting and just plain interesting. I’m not a caregiver by definition, but I’m appreciating the guidance on how to look at life disruptions in new ways -how to survive and relatively thrive in these times.
