    As a woman in my mid-40s, navigating the shifts and surprises of this life stage, I’ve come to realize how underserved we are when it comes to understanding menopause. It’s a natural transition, yet too often shrouded in silence, leaving many of us to figure it out alone. That’s why I’m passionate about shining a light on this crucial topic—not just for myself but for all the women who deserve better resources, support, and acknowledgment.
