Isn’t it ironic

Great podcast that made me laugh and feel more normal. Ironically I was about to vomit the entire first podcast because I took vitamins on an empty stomach like an idiot. Team no vomit!

Charm and Rapport and Honesty

I gave this podcast a listen after being somewhat acquainted with the two hosts from a social media platform. And I am glad that I did.

The podcast was funny and loose and touched on subjects typically discussed in more hushed tones and maybe even shame. Their honesty about their own experience with anxiety was refreshing however, making it seem like a character feature as opposed to any sort of detractor.

I laughed out loud more than once with their visual style of speaking, and I also had food for thought and learned some tips that I can take into my own life for improvement.

Overall, I definitely recommend this to others who may be curious about what people with anxiety feel about their experiences. And if you are in a scenario where you wonder if you too may have anxiety that could be an issue for your life, you will find yourself in good company, and you will find that company delightful.
