الترجمة العربية لكمة ”جندر“ هي النوع، وتستخدم هنا بالمعنى الأكاديمي ولكن أيضا بمعناها الواسع: التنوع. الهدف هو تبسيط ونشر مفاهيم و أفكار من الدراسات الجندرية والعرقية. بالإضافة لنشر مقابلات مع باحثات وكاتبات وناشطات في هذا المجال Anwa3 is the literal translation of the word “gender” in Arabic.
