    Chef Aiden Byrne from Li-Ly Restaurant discusses his illustrious career and the opening of his new restaurant in Knutsford, Cheshire. From being the face of The Dorchester and the UK’s youngest ever Michelin starred Chef to working with some industry legends and running his own kitchens across the UK including Pied a Terre, Elystan Street and Manchester House. Aiden recalls many a stories and times from his career and we delve deep in to his new place Li-Ly which he has recently opened with his wife Sarah. A legend in the industry and a great way to kick off our first series of NW chefs and restaurateurs!
