Well I’ve been on hiatus for a bit so I wanted to let you know what I’ve been up to. There are some big changes coming this week and I hope you will be as excited as I am for what’s coming.

Today we will discuss how to make the best use of winter foods and herbs to nourish the body through the winter months. We will touch on the five elements theory and discuss how it applies to the body in winter. I’ll share some recipes for healing teas and broths as well as where you can find more information on this concept.

We will talk about how to move forward on the plant path together and how the perception of “failure” can be shifted to that of deep learning for a profound change for the better in your healing journey.
