Exposes you to new things!
As a person who loves to get a sampler platter of chocolates, the suggested wine pairings at a restaurant, and to pick the brains of locals and experts to discover the best places to visit on vacation, this is a great daily podcast. I feel like I don’t expose myself to a lot of music, and this podcast helps me fill in my blind spots, especially when it comes to R&B and Rap. Some days you’ll get world music in a language you wouldn’t expect, while other days you’ll get Thriller by Michael Jackson! All in all, the variety and ability to learn about many things is very appreciated in a world where algorithms usually expose people to more of the same.
