    The Script frontman, Danny O'Donoghue, joins Gaby for a chat about all things joy. Danny has been very open about some of the tough times he's gone through - and now, he's happily married, and beaming about it! They talk about fame, love, the struggle of the music industry and balancing home life with tour life, and the brand new album (which is coming out in August). He talks about what it means to be human, why we should all be walking in nature and getting off screens - and what inspired the songs on the new album, which are themed around the nostalgia for a time before phones and screens and AI. Gaby loves walking - and so does Danny - and they talk about listening to the natural sounds of the world, how good walking is for their mental health - and feeling gratitude. (Danny also reveals a bit of an exclusive about some video content they have made which will be coming out with this new album!)     Screenwriter and TV Producer - Russell T Davies - joins Gaby for a natter about his new series 'Tip Toe' - and his brilliant writing career (which includes 'It's A Sin', 'Dr Who' and 'Years & Years') He talks about predicting the future in his shows (there's no crystal ball apparently), writing 'on the nose', channelling anger into his work - and - bringing out the joy in his industry. Russell and the Pet Shop Boys have collaborated on a ballet of 'It's A Sin' - which is premiering soon. He tells us about that collaboration, and how much you have to change from the screenplay to what appears on stage. One of the big themes of the chat is 'acceptance' - and how finding peace in life is such an important part of being joyful and happy.
