Jag har nu gjort 10 avsnitt av Architecture Talks och jag har fått in massor av frågor angående hur hela processen ser ut från att man anlitar en arkitekt till att man har ett färdigt hus. Tillsammans med Anders Holmberg, grundare, ägare och kreativ chef på Anders Holmberg Arkitekter, ska vi nu besvara dessa frågor. Vad kostar ett hus? Hur får man så mycket design som möjligt för sina pengar? Hur förhöjer man ett rum? Vad är det som brukar gå fel? Och varför ska man ens anlita en arkitekt? Tio avsnitt av Architecture Talks, och i detta avsnitt gästas jag av efterlängtade Anders Holmberg. Anders är energisk, filterlös och direkt, och har genom sina sociala medier skapat en unik relation med både befintliga och potentiella beställare. Anders strävar efter välmående och har arbetat fram många tydliga rutiner så väl privat som för sitt kontoret och det är förmodligen detta som har möjliggjort att kontoret trots sin storlek kan arbeta med uppemot 120 parallella projekt.

Bolle Tham och Martin Videgård driver kontoret Tham Videgård Arkitekter och jag har fått möjligheten att prata med dem båda. In this episode, I talk to the incredible Jesper Henriksson, with whom I have had the pleasure of working. Jesper runs the London and Oslo based studio Hesselbrand together with Magnus Casselbrandt and Martin Bransdal I have known Jesper for a few years, and he truly is one of the most inspiring and educated people that I know, and he is someone that I can talk to for hours. Jesper shares a multitude of rebellious stories, discusses how Hesselbrand started as a response to the education at the Architectural Association, and outlines what he considers to be the two ways of creating a space. We also take this opportunity to discuss some of the projects on which we have collaborated.
