Argyle Chat: Farewell to a podcast regular, pre-season fixtures and new recruits

Argyle Chat returns after a brief break (Stu decided to go on holiday) and just as the 'Three Amigos' get together to record once again, one of the regulars announce they are leaving the Herald/Plymouth Live!We bid an emotional farewell at the end of the show (although he has promised to continue being a podcast guest) but only after discussing all the latest goings on at Home Park. Pre-season is well underway with matches played and plenty of new arrivals at the Theatre of Greens. Argyle Chat: New signings, departures and a new season back in League One

With Plymouth Argyle back in pre-season training, thoughts turn towards the 2020/21 season and a return to League One for Ryan Lowe and the Pilgrims.As is always the case - not necessarily this time of year, but at this stage of pre-season - players are coming and going from Home Park, so we take a look at the signings made by Lowe so far. Former Plymouth Argyle strikers Martin Gritton and Ian Stonebridge take over the show this week s we take a trip down Memory Lane and relive their days with the Pilgrims. The two were young, wide-eyed footballers dreaming of the big time when they were paired together at Home Park and struck up not just a good partnership on the field but a close partnership off it as well.
