    Please, Take the responsibility of your life

    The reason you might think you failed is because of not having the right money, knowledge, skill, experience etc etc. But we know all of those are resources. If you really look you'll find that the people with most resources often fail in life. and those who are given no resources yet are given pain in life are the one who become the movers and shakers of the world. What's the difference? The difference is the ability to tap into your resources, IT'S CALLED RESOURCEFULLNESS! Don't blame the resources. Take the responsibility of your success to yourself. Have the hunger and drive inside yourself.     Is your Identity Limiting you or Empowering you?

    You have got to define:  WHO I AM AND WHAT DO I STAND FOR? This idea of identity is extremely strong. The identity that you give to yourself is how you show up, It's who you become.  The strongest force in human behavior is the need to stay consistent with your identity. Beliefs are a strong force in life. "Beliefs create and Beliefs destory" as I learned from my teacher, Tony Robbins What are some beliefs holding you back?     Get clear on what YOU want!!!

    The problem I see with young optimist students is that they lack clarity on what they want in life. When they try to figure out, They think in term of degrees or papers. I want you to understand to cut through all that B.S  Get clear on what you really want. Not degrees or something. Start to define what an extraordinary life would be for you. To me, An extraordinary life is life on your terms. All I want you to know is what are your terms. And People don't even know who they are.     Have you ever failed at motivating yourself to do something?  Whether it was a behavior or a place you were stuck in. You tried EVERYTHING! and nothing seemed to work.  Well, to be honest.
