I enjoy the to-the-point content you have been putting out lately. For my listening purposes as a CF enthusiast I enjoy this way more than BSing with the buddies. I re-subscribed when your pods dropped to a half-hour and were focused on a specific topic with each episode. Lastly, the water sponsor joke has run its course in my opinion, take it or leave it. Your hard work is paying off Armen, keep grinding. We are fans of yours in this household.

At one point this was great and super insightful in terms of what was going on in the sport of CrossFit...and then Armen went negative on everything and had become hard to listen to since you know he is going to speak negatively. Sure miss the scale as needed crew.

I find it be a great podcast with plenty of fun Crossfit nuggets. My only suggestion is a Cliff buzzer that goes off after he has been going down a rabbit hole for more than 2 minutes...equity of voice is a good thing.

For a guy professing to be a sports journalist, Armen ain’t that. Often rambles, ALWAYS sleep inducing. Gave it a couple months, but I can’t in good conscience recommend anyone else put themselves through it.
