050 // The Great Awakening
This is one of my favourite conversations to date. If you're a part of our community on Instagram, you've heard me talk about The Great Awakening - inviting you to rise into your role in The Great Awakening. But what does that mean? What is this Awakening?
We're exploring what is The Great Awakening occurring now, the restoration of the feminine, the role of chaos as symptoms of this shift, the birthright everyone has to this awakening, and 3 keys to awakening your own divine knowing as your embodied experience.

We’re back, baby. Monday’s just got a whole lot better! This season is going to be the best yet… Why? Because I’m really going for it.

048 // Going Light with Joe Hollier & Kaiwei Tang of Light Phone
This week's conversation is one full of hope and liberation because we're joined by Joe Hollier and Kaiwei Tang, co-founders of Light and creators of the Light phone.
As Light describes themselves, "Light is a radically different technology company. We design beautiful tools that respect and empower our users."
We discuss what life feels like when we reclaim our autonomy, attention, and intention by turning our phone back into a tool that works for us, rather than us being caught in cycles of addiction (because smartphones and apps are psychologically addictive and designed to be so). And gosh, is Light the complete opposite of that.
Whether you've been swearing to get a flip phone for the past five years (me) or you can't imagine life without your iPhone, this conversation full of tips and anecdotes is for you!
Come fall in love with what life can be like when you go Light.

047 // The Empowerment in Walking Away with Alex Modzelewski
Today's conversation explores the ultimate question of "When do I walk away from something?" through Alex's graciousness to share her story with us.
It is a powerful reflection on cultural ideas around "quitting" that are deeply ingrained in many of us - is choosing something new or different quitting? What is quitting? Why might our view of endings prevent us from letting go of what no longer serves us and stepping into what can?
What we learn through this journey is that walking away is a liberator and catalyst for growth and expansion. I don't call that quitting, I call that empowerment.
Alex is a Liberal Studies student at NYU with a passion for mental, physical, and nutritional health in student athletes. Having been a student athlete, Alex understands the need for coaching to evolve. She plans to be that change.
This conversation goes far beyond athletics and is an anecdote for all aspects of our lives and our pursuits.

49:54 how this applies to so much and looking at it through the lens of my eating disorder recovery and transitions; “not turning back is really important for your growth and being uncomfortable is just so important to learn more about yourself” - Alex

045 // Revolutionizing How We Live with Vaughn Dabney
Ever wonder why we live the way we do? The cost it comes at to our well-being, connections, and Mother Earth? Maybe it's time to evolve the way we live to improve our holistic well-being and society. And Vaughn's got more than a few ideas; he's a man with a big plan (and sold baby steps for us to take today).
I sat down with Vaughn to discuss the role of housing in conscious living and how he's changing housing through the work of the company he founded, Unoma Haus. Unoma Haus is a property technology company that builds smart modular spaces for eco-conscious consumers to live and work more sustainably.
