Philip Smith is joining us this week to talk about his experience as a Filipino American.
Philip was born in Pangasinan, Philippines and was adopted by Americans. He resides in Indianapolis and is the Founder of The Philippine Cultural Community Center, AAPI Pride, and The Kitchen of Culture. He is dedicated to Public Service and Community Service. He has a loving husband and a daughter. Philip was also a foster parent of seven children that have all been reunited with their families. He's an avid gardener and enjoys baking and traveling in his free time. 

Casey Poschinger is joining us this week to discuss ways to use AI to increase opportunities for women in tech. Casey is a Senior Consultant within our Core Technology division, as well as a Service Delivery Manager with Moser Consulting. She specializes in SharePoint and Microsoft O365. With a passion for technology since childhood, Casey has been officially working in the IT field since 2007. Additionally, Casey advocates for young women to get involved in STEM careers, promoting diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. She currently resides in Indianapolis and, along with her husband and two children, is actively involved in her local community. 

Kevin Guinn joins us this week to talk about Microsoft Copilot. Kevin is a Senior Consultant in Moser Consulting's Core Technologies Division and has been surfing the digital waves since the days of the Oregon Trail - and no, we're not talking about the one with the wagons and dysentery. With 20 years clocked in on the tech professional scene and a whopping 36 years as a tech enthusiast (we're talking MacIntosh, not Mac - get it right, folks), he's the go-to guru when your gadgets go haywire.

In today's episode, we're joined by two of Moser's finest:  our Vice President of the Data & Analytics Division, Adrienne Watts, and the Director of Strategy for our Data & Analytics Division, Cody Friend.  We're talking  about how AI can enhance jobs and productivity.
Adrienne Watts is Vice President of Data & Analytics for Moser Consulting. She brings more than 20 years of experience leveraging data to drive business growth and innovation. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, including large Fortune 500 companies, small-to-medium businesses, and non-profit organizations. As a thought leader, she enjoys partnering with clients to develop an organization's strategy, helping them gain value from their data and transform "noise" into narrative via data visualization and advanced analytics. Adrienne has a passion for leveraging AI and Machine Learning to improve the human experience and automate processes. Her role at Moser provides the opportunity to partner with all kinds of organizations, helping them unravel the potential within their data and achieve measurable results. She has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from DePauw University, a Master's in Business Administration from Anderson University, and a commitment to continuous learning as demonstrated through certifications, including MIT's professional education program, studying Machine Learning and Applied Statistics for data science. Cody Friend is a talented strategist and data expert with more than a decade of experience in various industries. As the Director of Strategy in Data & Analytics at Moser Consulting, he leads a team of professionals in delivering innovative solutions for clients in industries ranging from healthcare to finance. Prior to joining Moser, Cody worked as a data engineer for a large regional bank, where he honed his technical skills and developed a deep understanding of the role data plays in business strategy. He also spent six years in higher education, working for both public and private universities, where he helped to shape the next generation of professionals. Cody earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Anderson University, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of financial strategy and management. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, which has been instrumental in his success in the field of data analytics. 

Today we're talking with another one of our own, John Caviness, a Senior Consultant within Moser's Core Technologies division. John's joining us to talk about AI, and more specifically, how to take the AI journey securely and Ethically. 
John Caviness is a Ball State Alum, with a master’s degree in information and communication sciences. When he isn’t doing his day job for Moser, John is often finding ways to leverage emerging technologies to try to answer the question, “What can we do to make things easier, better, or more efficient?” 

This week we're talking with one of our own, Nathan Rinard, Moser's Director of Product Development within our Data & Analytics division. Nathan's joining us to talk about how to get your AI project off the ground, how to dip your toes, if you will in the AI pool.
