    The DOs and DONTs!! Girl code rules are unwritten and often unspoken set of basic morals and ethics girls follow to look out for one another, out of love but also respect! Trust us it's not always about dating but, this specific subject comes out often! But, at the end of the day it comes down to how you treat your friends/sis, what are the boundaries that you have for you and your friendships? With time things can change and evolve, but always remember to be reel with your people!

    Hey guys! We are so excited about this episode, not only it's happening during our girls' annual trip BUT it's also our first ever video!!  Did you know that girls' trips release happy hormones. Some published studies show that hanging out with your friends can help release oxytocin, a neurotransmitter known as the love or trust hormone. So next time you take some time with the girls or the boys (the good ones, not the toxic ones!), instead of feeling guilt, realize that you're likely to comeback as a better person. It's important to step outside of our daily routines from time to time to shift our perspective and experience more gratitude. We hope you enjoy this hang out time with us, and as always thank you for listening.
