Mr. Mwika Musakuzi is a Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Thought Leader, Human Rights and Mental Health Activist as well as a Self Help Advocate. He asserts the importance of self worth, humility, mentorship and consistency in his life. He also talks about the beliefs and perspectives that people have and how they impact their mental health. The state of mental health in our community and the incorrect beliefs that lead to most difficulties and unhappiness. How we have to challenge certain beliefs and perspectives that we have gotten from our immediate environment and society. And how we can avoid a lot of unhappiness and difficulties in life through self discovery.
