    The Use of Challenging in Therapy

We look at challenging diagnosis and people coming to therapy with a previous diagnosis or even self diagnosis. We also look at the role of challenging in therapy in general. Part of this discussion came from discussions taking place on some social media platforms where people have discussed feeling invalidated by mental health professionals.
