    Kris Rugloski: Hyrox 2022 World Champion on Gratitude, Adversity & Adventure

    Kris Rugloski's route into HYROX is anything but conventional. A former obstacle course racer and ultra-runner, Kris first entered HYROX simply because it looked like something she'd enjoy.     Aimee Oliver: Breaking the Taboo Around Pelvic Health

    Aimee Oliver is the founder of BodyFit Mums, a community that has spent the last 10 years supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and every stage of life beyond.
