Nic Cooper

Nic saw the power of cash-flowing assets with his single-family rentals but was ready to scale. He sold his remaining single-family rentals in San Diego and got Jamie on board to reinvest in real-estate on a larger scale. Together they purchased a 24 unit apartment complex in Ohio to create passive income.  In the first year they optimized systems and as a result, more than doubled the property’s value!  

Nic brings a pilot’s precision and analytical mind to multifamily real estate with over 22 years as a military helicopter pilot. Jamie delivers an unwavering resolve towards producing results and an innate ability to build relationships with over a decade in medical sales. Eric Lizama

Born and raised in Guam until 25yrs old. Joined the Army reserves in January 2000 as a Military Police Officer at 17yrs old. Commissioned into active duty as an Apache aviator in 2005 with plans to retire from the Army in December 2023. Goal is to transition immediately into a full time Asset Management role within a general partnership upon retirement from the Army. Bought my first home in 2013 and used the VA loan on my first two properties. Currently own 4 LTR SFH in AL and NC. Graduate of both the Bigger Pockets multifamily boot camp and the Active-Duty Passive Income (ADPI) Military Multifamily Academy (MMA) in 2022.
