Also trying to read the Bible cover to cover before, I really find your review to be so helpful and I don’t feel alone in trying to make sense of all the contradictions and parables. Thank you so much for your amazing time and efforts!

If you’re looking for a great, secular bible study podcast—this is for you! They do a great job pointing out the many issues, flaws, and contradictions in the bible. They basically cover each book chapter by chapter and present an entertaining and insightful discussion it. My only complaint is I wish they released episodes faster!

I’ve read the Bible but I learned a lot from your interpretation. Thank you so much. If I may point something out, try to not say so much “like.” It sounds very teenagy like.. haha

OMG! Why am I just finding you now!? Love you both, and I just started listening!! This year is the year of “enlightenment” for me, to say the least! I grew up Lutheran (Missouri Synod - probably worse than Catholics), and grew up believing all the things. Welp, at 34 years of age I am mother of 4 kiddos happily married to my wife. While we continued the “traditional” Christian values into marriage and our family, this year hit differently for me. I mean, for the longest time the teachings and beliefs of Christianity didn’t sit right with me. I was always questioning everything. I recently came to the realization that it is all bogus anyways, because if the Earth is 4+ Billion years old, humans have been around for a spec of that time, and what makes us so special that we’d have a God? Like, what about everything else that ever lived? Or the people who existed before people knew of “God”? Make it make sense. Anywho, definitely not a Christian anymore. THANK YOU for your amazing content! SO excited I found your podcast! Wish I would’ve searched for it sooner!! Keep ‘em coming!
