I just don't talk about one thing.. I truly intend on dabbling into many topics.     TEDxCQU- Punish your Negative Thoughts in the Right Way

    This world is full of many opportunities. Sometimes we need to listen to that small voice that speaks from within our hearts guiding us towards our path. We often let negative thoughts stop us from walking in the path that we were destined to walk on. We must recognise negative thoughts in order to tackle them. When you can identify negative thoughts and find strategies to overcome them, you can definitely turn your mindset upside down to being more positive. Fear is one thing that stops us from moving forwards so don't be afraid to step outside your comfort zone and reach for the unknown to tell the untold.  I am blessed to have had the opportunity to speak at the TEDxCQU event.     New Year Resolutions SUCK

    Okay, honesty time- how are you travelling with your 2020 goals? I know that it’s very hard to maintain your vision BUT remember goals are NOT meant to be made once. Every day can feel like a new chapter to start again. Listeners, this is your chance to re-assess your ambitions and how to now move forwards. It’s not too late and hope is still there..
