    Hello again! Welcome to another episode of the AGNCY #ATXCREATORSPODCAST Today, we’re going to talk about leveling up your social media content. We’re going to cover some more advanced tips, as well as the tried and true. Let’s start with analytics and data. Each social media platform provides you with some sort of data and analytics about your profile, your content, and your copy. There are a ton of 3rd party applications and sites, like Ninjalytics, Later/Socialbee.io, or INSSIST that can give you even deeper analytics. Use the data and analytics to discover when the best time to post for your specific profile is, as well as the type of content your audience is engaging with most. Next, let’s go over how often you are posting. We believe consistency is key. And that, especially when first starting out, it’s important to post a ton of content, and not worry about followers getting annoyed or unfollowing you. Because of the algorithms, your audience will not see your posts chronologically. Are there some platforms you aren’t using that you could be? And if so, how could you start using it? Think about it this way: What if you multi-purposed one piece of content on one platform, screenshot it, and post it on to another?     CONTENT CYCLE | EP. 8 | #ATXCREATORSPODCAST

    Hello again! Welcome to another episode of the AGNCY #ATXCREATORSPODCAST  We’re talking about a content cycle today! A content cycle is when you rotate evergreen content, A.K.A. content that can be used more than once. It also includes they style of content you’re creating and basing inspiration off of.   Try creating templates, presets, or saved themes that you can change and edit to add to your content cycle.   Another idea you could use would be to think about the main channel you use everyday. Are there posts that you consistently share with your audience? Now, how can you use that content on a different platform? This could be added to your content cycle.   Things like Holidays, (Fill in the blank) of the week, or weekly updates are all things you could add to your content cycle. If you know something is going to happen, or there is an important event or date in your industry, creating and scheduling content that is in your content cycle will help you stay ahead of the game!  These tips and strategies can help with you avoiding burnout.     Hello again! Welcome to another episode of the AGNCY #ATXCREATORSPODCAST In today’s episode, we talk about networking more, as well as increasing the value of your network, or the people you do business with, partner with, or are involved with on a daily basis. You may have heard sayings along the lines of, “Your network is your net worth” or, “You are the sum of the 5 people you spend most of your time with.” If we believe these statements to be true, then it’s extremely important who you work with, go to school with, eat with, and even live with! If you spend your time around positive, productive people, you yourself will start to become more positive and productive because of the fact that our environments are so crucially influential to our daily lives and the progress we make in them. The same can happen in reverse, the more negative people you associate with and spend your time with, the more negative, fearful, unmotivated you will become. Not only will elevating your network help with building confidence and increasing positivity in your life, you will also be connecting with those who may be interested in working with you or your business! One great way to connect with others in a business sense would be connecting via email. It’s both professional (and if you’re send an email from an email address from your website domain) and helps build validity. Not only is social media probably the leader in connecting with those in your industry, it’s also revolutionary with giving you the ability to connect with other high value entrepreneurs and professionals. And LinkedIn is at the forefront of business people connecting with other business people! Utilize your LinkedIn and start working your 6 degrees of separation! An important factor to remember is the why. Why are you emailing them or connecting on social? Do you have a podcast or YouTube show you can invite them on to? Try to think of how you can provide value, even if it’s a cold email or call.     BRAND STRATEGY | EP. 6 | #ATXCREATORSPODCAST

    When it comes to the strategy of your brand, there’s a few important factors to keep in mind.   Brand strategy contains many elements. You should be asking, “Where should I place my brand?” “Which social media channels are my target market using most?”   Brand Identity is the fonts, colors, logos, and overall branding and consistency of your brand. It’s the front end of your brand, or what people will see. Do you want to convey an exciting brand? Or are you more serious? What emotions to you want to incite when they think of your brand?  Also, does your brand look like the same brand on Facebook, as it does Twitter, or Instagram?   Brand positioning is going to be there where people see your brand. Will it be online, or offline? Where do people in your target market hang out at offline? It could be a coffee shop, or an Internet cafe.    Then, there’s online. When it comes to online, there’s Facebook groups, there’s influencers on every social media channel. These are places and people that your target market is going to hang out on, engage on, and have their attention on.   Do you know the personality of your brand? Are you a friendly brand? Or do you like to throw shade at others in your industry.     BRAND PLACEMENT | EP. 5 | #ATXCREATORSPODCAST

    In today’s episode, we review some past strategies and tips for social media, as well as, about placing your brand!   Brand placement is extremely important when it comes to your advertising and marketing strategies. Placing your brand on websites, in Facebook groups, in hashtags, helps you with getting in front of people who are more likely to buy your product or service.   Brand placement is also all about understanding which platforms will be most effective for your niche, how others are using the platform, creating native content, as well as understanding WHERE on those platforms your target market is hanging out at.    If you’re struggling with the types of content to create to be relevant within these platforms and the conversations on them, here’s a few ways to find what kind of content would perform well:  Ask yourself, “What are you good at?” Find the thing you’re best at in your industry and develop content around that. Are you the most known Realtor in the area? Tell people about it! Are there interesting photos you could take of gear, or equipment used in your industry? Talk about it on video, or write a blog about it!   Going back to the WHERE: Each platform has different niches within them. You can follow groups, hashtags, or pages on multiple different social media platforms that your target market will be commenting and engaging with.  These are the places on social media where you need to be interacting and engaging with, because it will help with building brand reputation on social media.  Make content native, and relevant to each platform and niche you interact with!     PILLAR CONTENT | EP. 4 | #ATXCREATORSPODCAST

    Are you using Pillar Content for your Social Media Strategies? What exactly is Pillar Content? We define it as taking one of the many mediums used on social media (that could be photography, video production, graphic designs, and blog content) and tripling down on your strengths, and going all in on the one that you feel you’re the best at. For example, you could take a lot of photos, and build a photo library. Then you could write blog posts about the photo or set of photos on Medium, and then share that onto LinkedIn. We love producing videos. So a huge strategy for us and how we’re able to do this podcast is by creating one long form video podcast episode, upload it to YouTube, using the episode description as a Medium blog post, and then uploading the video to Anchor.FM which will automatically strip and distribute the audio portion of the episode! Also, discovering which of your target demographic uses which social media channels most can drastically help you with getting in front of those who are willing to buy, when combining that with the use of pillar content.     HAVE YOU TRIED USER TESTING? | EP. 3 | #ATXCREATORSPODCAST

    Hi everyone and welcome! Another episode of the AGNCY #ATXCREATORSPODCAST   Today we talk about simple reminders like making sure you back up your work, as well as USER TESTING! User testing is when you A/B test different designs and styles for your website and social media profiles (at least that's how we're approaching it). You'll see a lot of companies like Facebook, Apple, and Google constantly testing different designs and processes.   Here's a strategy we use for user testing our landing pages and social media profiles:   1. Show someone that has never seen your website or social media profile for half a second, then quickly close out the page.   2. Next, ask if they can tell you what your business or company does, and how to get in touch next?   3. Ask yourself, upon a quick glance, can a potential customer or client tell exactly what your business does, and the next steps to take in order to contact you or make a purchase? This is something we see a lot in click funnels.   4. Utilize things like stories (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and Fleets (Twitter) and Shorts (YouTube). Also, don't forget about Pinning popular posts and highlights on each social media platforms.     INCREASE BRAND VALUE | EP. 2 | #ATXCREATORSPODCAST

    Is your #service or #product something people would ACTUALLY pay for?  Are you providing enough #value to your potential #clients that it would make sense for them to buy?   A few quick tips could be:    1. Really define your target audience. The more specific you are, the easier it will be to create content geared towards that audience.   2. Avoid discounts and sales. Sure, they can work sometimes, however it also devalues your brand by sending the message, "Hey, this stuff isn't as good as the asking price."    3. Maintain brand consistency. That means YOUR logos, color schemes, and fonts should match across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.   4. Make your brand Omnipresent! Be online, everywhere. Use every platform, look into aggregate sites. Need help with that part?     Hi there and welcome! This is the very first episode of the #ATXCREATORSPODCAST based in North Austin, Texas. Hosted by the incredibly good looking, talented, AND Founder of AGNCY; this is a podcast all about creating content, the tools & tricks we use, optimizing digital workflows, as well as interviews from local creatives in Austin, Texas.   In today's episode, I talk about the beginning of my journey, where it's taken me, who influenced and inspired me, as well as where we are as an agency today. I also go over a few tools as listed below:   1. Ingramer.com: Ingramer is an incredible Instagram tool that has a ton of features. The main feature I discuss is the ability to auto-reply a DM after someone has followed you. In order for it to appear more human, you can set a delay so that the DM will only send 10 minutes after someone has followed you.   2. INSSIST: This is an absolutely banger of a Chrome extension. INSSIST allows you to schedule content, run audits on other profiles in order to see which hashtags and content is working best, as well as a hashtag library tool.   3. Canva: Many people don't take Canva seriously, however, it's increasingly one of the fastest growing websites today. Canva offers so many incredible features, especially for this os us using social media daily, like dimensions templates, brand kits, and integrations with so many other web apps.
