Music reminds us of past events. It reminds us of good feelings from those past events and I feel that podcast highlights this.

Not clear who the audience is for this

I am a sound engineer and listened in with the hope that this would be in some way useful and / or informative. I had hoped the qualified people involved would be given the opportunity to discuss the current state of the art in audio in depth or on some kind of technical level. There is after all a lot of research going on at Harman in this area. But so far nothing. They are keeping it all under wraps and would rather talk about the concept of audio and the emotions it creates and a bunch of wishy washy nonsense and nothing remotely technical. I was half expecting it to be an extended commercial for Harman products but they haven’t even done that besides mentioning a few products specifically with no discussion of their objective capabilities or design or engineering credentials. I found it to be a waste of time even at 1.5x speed.
