    Helpful tips on not catching the Covid-19 Blues

    With the outbreak of covid19 and all its uncertainty, I’ve watched and herd of so many of my love ones being effected in depressing ways regarding the lack of daily flow that we’ve all been accustomed to experiencing. For many this is a time of sadness and sorrow and pain. So of course today’s segment is solely to give my perspective of how to utilize your down time, proven to provide some clarity and positive vibes your way. I hope this sparks the interest of the listening ear and inspires some elevating change to all who desire it. Thanks for tuning in.

    Stop wasting time debating about irrelevant things.

    I’m a firm believer that TIME is our most valuable and most important commodity in life. So the question is, why do we spend much of it, complaining, arguing, fighting and debating about irrelevant things? It’s time to set pride aside, it’s time to remove yourself from all toxic environments that are filled with constant debate and it’s time to really protect your peace. self growth is among you. love & light

    On this day of posi vibes and lots of love please remember the most important things in life cannot be purchased. Safety 1st, Listening Skills and Taking action are all things we can smile ourselves through everyday. challenge yourself to improve on all 3 of these things. Clear vision and positive perspective will take you places where financial can’t. promise! don’t forget to pray first. blessed weeke

    Celebrate yourself / Be Proud of yourself

    So often we congratulate others and not ourselves. it’s ok to be proud of yourself and celebrate your accomplishments because it fuels your moral code. No one will tell you there proud of you or proud for you as much as you can do for yourself. Consistency in celebrating yourself is life changing.

    Protect your peace

    Creating a safe haven of peace for your life is the goal. In order to experience the true essence of a peaceful life, we have to learn to stay in our own lane and focused on our own perspectives of life. Protecting your peace is what balances out your life as you know it better yet, as you experience it.

    Pride means nothing when it comes to matters of the heart

    Pride means nothing when it comes to matters of the heart. The goal is to re align your being at all times. In order to do so, Pride and ego can never play a part in your actions. As common as it is for these two characteristics to control us at times, it’s important to push them aside for good and never look back. pride and ego have nothing to do with peace, positivity or love.

    Stressors of the world

    Never allow the stressors of the world dictate how you operate your life. keeping a clear conscious is way more important than constantly fighting with your emotions trying to figure why your “always upset” or “always struggling” etc... life is about aligning yourself and becoming the best version of yourself
