    Be grateful.. 🙌🏾

    This episode is to inspire you to be grateful, give God the glory and I prayed for you at the end! As humans we can be so consumed with the future that we forget to thank God for the present. I spoke on giving God the glory because it’s easy to get caught up and forget but this episode is to enlighten you on never forget who got you to where you’re at. Plus, I said don’t be ashamed of what you’ve done because God still loves you and is proud to be your father at all times! I love you but God loves you more. Blessings 🦋

    Take care of YOU.. 🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️

    In today’s episode I spoke on taking care of yourself because sometimes we can become so consumed with filling everybody else up but ourselves and then wonder why we’re empty in the end. I was in deep thought on the day before and it dawned on me that when you’re not operating in your best self it’s because you haven’t been taking anytime to and for yourself. It’s necessary to feed your spirit alone, if Jesus took time out to do it why can’t you? Just food for thought. I’m all about my people becoming the best them and doing things for themselves because you deserve to be happy even it’s by yourself. Remember it’s a journey, not a race ✨
