    LETS TALK ANXIETY AND GIVING BIRTH WITH BRENDA REEVES

    WELCOME back to another episode of Authentically Ivy. In this episode I was joined with my friend Brenda where we talked about our mental health and how we deal with our anxiety. Brenda touched on stories of how she has adjusted since moving to Texas from California. How her move and her husband joining the military has effected her mental health and we overall talked about funny stories she even talked about how she gave birth and had to have a major surgery 2 weeks after giving birth!
