Autoimmune and You

I absolutely love Erika and Rachel’s balanced, gentle, non-prescriptive approach. There isn’t enough of this in the health space, but everyone I know who has healed has used this approach, as opposed to restrictive, obsessive, fix-me approaches. I so admire their radical perspective and I think it’s spot on/the future! I do have one piece of feedback: I would love to hear more from your amazing guests that you interview. I appreciate how passionate you two are, but I was left wanting more from your guests and I felt like they weren’t given much opportunity to share their wisdom.

Good and basic information, I like how a lot of us can resonate with what’s being said. I did not like the obvious- I know everything-attitude that the hosts have. It seems like they are in competition with each others Knowledge and ways of going about their autos, as well as their guest. There’s a very judgy vibe that strongly comes off of these hosts. I tried so hard to ignore it, but it came and went a lot. A first for me, as I’ve listened to many podcasts over the years. But hey, to each their own.

I found this podcast in my darkest hour. Thank you so much for the inspiration and bringing me back into the light.

It is such an inspiration to listen to these two lovely ladies talk about rock climbing with RA! It gives me hope that anything is possible with this disease. I love listening to their podcast because it helps me know that there are others who get what I am going through. They keep their discussions real.
