Nobody can build a Rube Goldberg digital workflow quite like these two! Generally speaking though, I love the show. I love that they are professional. I love that they are clean and don’t do any cursing. I sometimes feel like they are doing some things just simply to see if they can be done. Overall though, they have given a lot of advice and guidance over the years and it has been great.

I’m a techie and love automation. Often pick up new things in this podcast. Been listening pretty steady for the last few months and it’s now October ‘23.

This podcast would be amazing if they could figure out a way to make it more condensed. It might be fun to run so long but it’s hard to derive value with the 1:20 conversation. Just too long. The Podcast app adding transcripts helps. Perhaps ChatGPT can summarize it now.

You don’t have to be a programmer to get something out of this show. There are always great ideas, application recommendations, and various workflow recipes for every possible scenario and level of proficiency!!!

If you are looking for something that needs to be automated or things that you didnt even know you could automate, this is the show. Dave and Rose are amazing at the detail of explaining things.

This used to be a good show with ideas on how to automate various parts of your home and computing life, but it seems to have devolved into Rosemary rapid-fire bragging about her own use of automation with little to no explanation. I have been listening for years and just become increasingly frustrated. Two stars for Sparky interjecting occasionally.

This is a great podcast full of tons of tips and covering a wide range of automation topics. The hosts are genuinely into this stuff and it shows. My one hopefully constructive bit of criticism. With two enthusiastic hosts who can both tend to “go down the rabbit hole” on occasion, the podcast can become a little unfocused and hard to follow. Maybe having one host being responsible for adhering to an episode outline would be helpful.

David Sparks and Rosemary Orchard talk the talk and walk the walk. Both are true experts who actually enjoy educating the audience with the potential of automation in the Apple ecosphere. I learn something useful every episode and frankly, I just enjoy their company. Highly recommended if you have any interest in reducing your keystrokes and other forms of drudgery on Apple devices.

Rosemary Orchard and David Sparks have an easy style but give so much useful info I literally can't get everything out of all the sharing they do with just one listen - this may be the most useful podcast I've found!

I have been a big fan of David Sparks for so many years. This podcast has an amazing content. But I like solid performance and speech and dislike stammering. My only advice is to significantly reduce the number of “you knows” that both say, in particular Rosemary. She has 900+ shortcuts. I think the number of “you knows” per podcast are very close.
