Though Brad and his guests are above average this podcast doesn’t make you feel like you’re less than. It’s not a 5 steps to success podcast, or even a self help podcast. It’s listening to stories of real humans lives and how they got where they are. I love that. There is a lot of wisdom to gain from listening to people like this. Again, I love that they aren’t saying, “Do these things to be like me! Because I’m better than you!” It’s an encouraging podcast, but it’s not motivational speaking. They aren’t shaming you into making your life “better”. It’s just the stories of people and what they do. What an easy, fun and insightful listen.
