    Self Realisation Part 1

    I made this episode because I realised that there's certain aspects of ourselves that we need to explore in order to come to an understanding with our shadows and be aligned with ourselves. I made this episode over multiple days the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of April but I couldn't post it because after I made it, I went through another sudden burst of depression and I didn't feel I was living in this state so I felt it would seem hypocritical. I have realised that is not the case I am actively trying to get better, having revisited this episode before posting I hear tips to help me feel better and listening myself from different state is very helpful to me and I hope that I can help those going through different states of energy. In this episode I answered some questions on self-realisation and spoke a bit about my experiences and how some of them have shaped me.  I hope that you enjoy this episode. Comment in question box.
