But for real. This episode is all about thinking. A thing we all do, but a skill we are never really taught. This quote from Carl Jung “Thinking is difficult that’s why most people judge.” Sparks a conversation about why it’s so easy to judge, and what does it take to really objectively THINK! AND duh, we’ve got 3 tools to build your thinking muscles. So let’s get to it!!!

Eric is flying solo today while Alison is out gallivanting in Europe. These two visualizations has changed the way I see myself and others in such a life changing way. This episode is short and hopefully sweet and inspired by some ideas from Michael Singer's new book "Living Untethered." His book is highly recommended.

Believe Alison! (& Eric too!)
I have been following Alison for 8 years (🤯!! I even attended one of the OG dance parties) & have listened to her podcast from the beginning. This podcast has now been a staple for over 4 years in my life and I just have to say that IT NEVER GETS OLD! Alison is one of the few online personalities who lets others in on her growth experiences (the highs and lows) so the knowledge she shares is always applicable. I KNOW I can trust it because I feel like I’ve witnessed it all first hand- so believe her advice and live it! She has helped me navigate through career shifts, starting a new business, entering a new marriage, entering motherhood— just about everything. So happy y’all are back. Also, can’t wait for the book!!
Love this podcast
I am new to listening to podcasts and was recommended by others to listen to this one. I love how honest and raw Alison and Eric are, I hope they keep going.
I knew Alison before she was famous!
I actually knew Alison before she was famous—go Helamen Halls! And she was just as hilarious back then. I followed her blog during the 2 years I blogged for fun (not as a business). But after I stopped blogging myself, I kinda forgot about the Alison Brand (I know, I don’t know how that’s possible). But when I started a network marketing business 4.5 years ago I started getting really into personal development & naturally came across Alison’s content again. Alison has put out so much free content to make this world better (including this podcast—-so please support it if you can). At the beginning of the pandemic she recorded a few children’s book readings and my 4 year old watched them over & over again. She knew Alison was an old friend. So when she also listened to Michelle Obama’s book readings during the pandemic, she thought Michelle Obama was my friend too & worshipped the 2 equally! (But nobody cares about my kid). Okay, back to the podcast. It is truly the best & most fun form of personal development there is. Every episode is a quick listen packed with golden nuggets that will drastically improve your life. Eric (who I didn’t know much about until I started listening to the podcast a few months ago) is equally as awesome as Alison & they compliment each other perfectly. They are both so sincere in their mission to make us feel more awesome. They have taught me new concepts & reinforced what I already knew but not practicing. They are vulnerable & relatable so you feel like you know them and that they understand exactly what you are going through. I always feel great after listening and being reminded that nobody can be me & I am already as awesome as I need to be. One of my favorite thought McNuggets from the podcast is “Invest in people who invest in you.” Alison & Eric have invested in all of us with the content of this podcast, so again please invest in them if you can. I have been meaning to become a patron for a few months, but kept forgetting & figured it wasn’t urgent since they were probably getting 1000s of them. When Alison shared last week that they only had 12 so far I thought it was criminal & that we were all robbing them. I signed up & it was so easy and immediately made me feel more awesome. Thank you Alison & Eric for your years & years of contribution into making this world a better place.
