The Right Relationship Won't Make You Whole

It starts in a dream. Michael is running down a steep, dark, snowy trail, easy because he isn't controlling it, just going where the path wants. Then it turns sexual and strange, and he wakes asking what it means. That opens a full life review of his sexuality: the man in Asheville who once thought Michael was hitting on him, an honest look at being okay with being homosexual or bisexual or whatever it is. Underneath all of it, one thread. What he was ever reaching for was the feminine in him wanting the masculine, and the masculine wanting the feminine. All sexuality, he lands, is the desire for connection within your own being. Nothing else outside. Which is where the title comes in. "I want to be whole," he says, catching it live, "but I've got to go have this relationship because I don't feel whole." So wholeness was never the priority. You can't be in balance with another person while your own masculine and feminine are dominating each other. First you receive, then you act. Audree takes it into her own family: her mother never quite trusting her father, the same fear repeating in her that a partner won't be enough, then the light bulb, live while Michael talks, that it's her own inner masculine and feminine. Then she pushes past the frame: it isn't two, it's three, mind, creator, source, meeting in one incarnation. "Where you stand is holy ground." In wholeness, there is no sexual preference. Bonobos, our nearest animal cousins, share almost all our DNA and have sex every direction, and Audree's science teacher had told her long ago that being homosexual isn't a label, it's a primal instinct. It's just one more plain pleasure of being alive, like eating a mango, with no lack driving it. Then the work itself. Awareness, Audree says, is the whole technology: nothing to do, no praying, just holding a frequency until the old structures dissolve. And it answers the title: we can't accept that we're already perfect, so the practice is to keep looking wherever you're sure you're not. Then Audree, straight to the listener: you've never done anything wrong. The gift was always inside the thing you judged as the mistake. 00:00 Dream Trail Begins00:53 Dream Turns Sexual01:52 Sexuality Life Review03:16 Inner Masculine Feminine04:30 Receiving Before Action06:41 Sexuality as Unity08:42 Childhood Pattern Imprints11:02 Projector Conditioning Insight14:00 Trinity Beyond Duality22:02 Relationship Distortion Signal24:16 We Are Mammals25:15 Bonobos and Primal Sex27:26 Podcast Wrap Banter27:35 Bonobo Pleasure Culture28:30 Sex as Sacred Enjoyment29:54 Stop Seeking Wholeness Outside31:29 Perfection and Ego Healing33:35 Mind and Neuroplasticity36:34 Holy Ground Awareness40:27 Awareness Mechanics Explained43:41 Transformational Audios Frequency47:25 Release Guilt and Shame50:09 Beyond Human Limitation Beliefs53:32 Closing Mantra and Farewell

Even Your Spiritual Practice Is Just Survival

Michael and Audree finally watch 2001: A Space Odyssey, and Michael can't unsee it: the monolith hands the apes higher consciousness, and the first thing they do with it is pick up a bone and kill — animals first, then each other, for the water hole. Later HAL, told he'll be unplugged, murders the crew. Every leap in consciousness curdles into the same thing, and the thing is survival. From there, the mechanic: survival is separation. As long as you experience yourself as a body-mind that was born, needs resources, and will die, the fight never ends. "There is no psychological safety possible as a separated human being," Michael says — the structure runs on fear and lack, and coping never changes the structure. He's watching it in his 94-year-old father, who kept moving the line — if I can't jog five miles, I don't want to live — and now can't walk and can't die either. "He's struggling to survive." Audree sees her whole life in it: since the early '90s, every move was survival — improve myself, make money, find the relationship, all of it to survive. Then the part the title promises. Even the spiritual practice is survival. Audree loves the real guru, and has watched teacher after teacher get hijacked by the ego. Michael's clear statement: everything every guru has ever given — the sadhana, the prayer, the miracle — is for surviving the deviation, not evolving out of it. "The gurus give you painkillers. They don't give you a cure." The cure, he says, "is now. It's me. It's you." The way out isn't needing less. Surrender doesn't end your dependence on each other, Audree says — "it ends your perception of the dependency. And then you're in joy." The only real letting-go is letting go of identity itself: we may go bankrupt, Audree may leave, "who's got an issue with that?" It's Father's Day, and she lands it — you can be your child's guru, but you have to let go. They have to find their own gnosis. "And there's nothing you can do about it." 00:00 Living Room Podcast Vibes00:35 Rewatching 200101:52 Monolith Awakening03:29 Survival And Violence04:46 Disclosure Origin Debate07:40 Separation Drives Survival09:04 Aging Father Fear12:06 Death Cult Time Trap17:13 No Becoming Just Remembering18:57 Mind Ego Alignment20:51 Gnosis Over Belief21:52 Survival Based Self Improvement23:22 Letting Go Of Identity23:58 Identity and Survival25:16 Nice to Have vs Letting Go27:01 Relationships Without Need28:13 Spotting Survival Patterns28:51 Interdependence and Joy30:59 Purification and Grounding35:26 Guidance and the Next Step39:07 Guru Consciousness and Ego46:02 Gurus as Painkillers49:23 Prayer and Time Weirdness51:58 Saying Yes to Creation52:43 Fatherhood and Closing Mantra

    Saying Yes to Losing Everything

Michael starts the day before in "desperate futility and hopelessness." The next morning he records a private audio for himself — the one that opens this episode. The practice he's found: to poverty, to lack, to the complete loss of everything that matters, he says "Yes. Thank you. May I have some more." Not to get anywhere. The wanting itself — to win the lottery, to sell the house — is the push creating resistance in the flow of creation. So he stops pushing. From there it cracks open. All the fear and struggle, he realizes, is "the egoic consciousness crying for help." He's shown the light codes generating his fear of the past, the future, and the now — and that he's the one creating every bit of it, separation included. "See and you'll be free." The one thing that held him through the hopelessness was the poster in their office: trust the process. "What else is there? Trust the mind? Come on." Audree listened to the recording thinking it was "an apology he can't say to me." Then she turns on the work itself: why is this even a podcast? "100% is the energetic transmission. Everything else is just for entertainment." The podcast inspires the journey; it isn't the journey. And the lie people fall for is "just surrender, just let go, just be in the flow" — you can't think your way to surrender. The mind is the problem. You need the mechanics. Then the harder part. The saints in the sacred forest, the Buddha under the tree — they gave up, and a light being finished the job. That grace is gone; it ended with the deviation. "One day it just happens" is no longer how it works. All that's left is doing the work yourself. They prove it live. They'd fought the night before — Audree triggered, trying to ask a question; Michael deciding she was triggered and shutting down; Audree going "berserk." Relationship, she says, is "two egos in the same room reacting," and it's for waking up. The question she'd been trying to ask the whole time? Whether they still have homeowners insurance. "See how easy that is?" [Recorded June 16. There's Nothing to Wait For

You keep waiting for the breakthrough, the peak state, the day it finally clicks. In the living room, Michael lands what he's been circling for two years: it's a ratchet. Awareness rises, which purifies and lifts your frequency, which makes the tools sharper, which ratchets awareness up again. High frequency without awareness, he says, is just half the solution. From there, the harder part: you can't push it. Pushing only creates resistance. "Trust the process," he says, "is driving blindfolded and just taking the next step." Audree knows that one literally. She was once blindfolded and told to drive a car down a desert road, feeling the edges by frequency. "Oh, f**k. I hate it. I so want certainty," she says. Still. Because this is the part nobody wants to hear. "Our evolution is not a spontaneous happening," Audree says, "it is a day by day, moment to moment choice." They run the audios on themselves and recover a little quicker each time. Michael cops to it: "I've done all this work and my mind is still a shit show." And now he knows why. It's a journey, and the consistent choice makes it inevitable. Audree's turn cuts deepest. For years she prayed outward, to her teachers and her gods, and it worked, which was the trap. Then her son was paralyzed and she went inside instead: "Stop it. Stop creating this. I know you're creating reality." Everything shifted. Later they burned their murtis. No more waiting on rescue from outside. It boils over live when Michael drifts toward a warning about who gets left behind, and Audree shuts it down hard: you don't get to scare people into evolving. Everyone has a choice, and some have already made it. Then, laughing after the mantra: this work was never a path to follow. It only describes how you already function. There's nothing to wait for. You Don't Need Spiritual Knowledge, You Need Application

You can quote the books. You can explain exactly how you create your own reality. And your life is still a mess. Michael opens with a friend who has an extraordinary memory for the teachings in Illusions and is, by his own read, "a complete mess." Audree pushes back: they are on the path, most people just can't fully embrace it. But Michael's thread lands sharper. Spiritual knowledge, he says, is "a maze and a death trap." From there, the line that names the episode: you don't need spiritual knowledge, you need spiritual application. The danger isn't that the knowledge is false, it's that it never tells you which stage of the journey to use it at. He reaches for Interstellar, where each booster stage fires for one phase, then falls away. Cling to a spent one and you fall back into gravity. It's a Sword of Destiny found at level five that requires level ten. You drag it around, and it kills you. Audree reverse-engineers her own path. Meditating as a child, talking to trees, a healer's training she half-skipped, then India, where a Maharishi recording hit like a lightning bolt and her search simply ended. No ball of light. Just an understanding. Three days later her son was paralyzed, and their work shifted. Then the harder part. Michael loved Oneness, the real deal, but there were no tools, no frameworks, nothing to apply. That gap became their work. Enlightenment, it turns out, is ordinary: you live as source consciousness while you pay the bills and the world goes to shit, untriggered. The pull back down is strong, the status quo is its own kind of bliss. And there's no fast pass. The make-it-easy button is a Band-Aid, not the cure. The support that brings you home is just you, fractaled across time, coming back for yourself. [Recorded June 6. Only You Can End Your Purification Loop

For more than a week Michael has heard the same thing: the door is unlocked, just walk through it. Nothing dawns. The guidance keeps insisting "you are source consciousness," but it will not land, because he is still meeting the light and the love from one place: I am separate from that. Then, this morning, the question that cracks it open. If I am source consciousness, why am I taking help from source consciousness? Help only makes sense if I believe I am separate. Underneath it he catches the deeper trap: the endless purification loop, the hunt to retrieve wounded, separated parts, refining itself forever but never ending. If you already are what you are, there is nothing to fix. There is only staying with what is, and meeting everything lower with a quiet "that's not me." The help he kept reaching for was always himself. From there Audree makes it physical. As a kid she played a game in her cousins' pitch-black boiler room: walk all the way to the back-door light. Everyone else ran back. She stayed with it until she could cross. That is the work. Not avoiding the darkness, not shadow work, but being with your own thoughts and behaviors without judgment until you reach the other side. The light in me is the light in you. Then the harder turn. Stop trying to become the observer; chasing it stops the journey. Even the ego, the thing we keep trying to fix, is source consciousness wearing a misperception, powerful at creating reality precisely because it is source. Michael catches the cosmic joke live: the ego cannot accept what it is until you do. They stay honest about the medium. This podcast is the brochure, not the journey. A transmission activates the remembering, but it becomes real only when you make the choices. "We're travel agents, honey." Nobody can do it for you. No one can end your purification loop but you, because you are the one you were calling for help. 00:00 Living Room Star Date 01:20 Tuning Fork Frequencies 01:41 The Door Is Open 03:24 I Am Source Consciousness 06:11 End the Purification Loop 09:32 Walking Through Darkness 13:21 Truth Never Changes 15:05 One Source Dark and Light 18:21 Beyond Affirmations 20:28 Observer Trap and Emergence 22:10 Ego as Creator Mechanism 25:51 Cosmic Joke and Fractals 27:56 Integration and Purification 30:36 Brochure Not the Journey 32:27 Closing I E2 Mantra

You Can't Solve the Monkey Mind With the Monkey Mind

You can't solve the monkey mind with the monkey mind. The tool you'd reach for is the problem. Two days into the drive to Toronto, Michael and Audree stop at an almost-abandoned rest station, and in the blowing of the trees something lands: being present is not a doing. All the talk of "just be present" is mostly the mind pretending it's present. Fakery. The beingness only came after a deep surrender, and the download that came with it: you can't do surgery on yourself. The mind cannot heal the mind. When the ego stops struggling, the love of creation does the untangling. They're recording from the sun porch of the house Michael grew up in, his dad doing his backwards-walking exercises in the next room. From there the secret gets named: it's all about awareness. Not "be aware and then change it." Just be aware. Notice the thought, and the thoughts go somewhere Michael can't name. Audree can: the mind is a transmitter-receiver, and the thoughts were never stored in your brain. You're not silencing the monkey mind. You're tuning to a different band, quiet because the higher frequency carries none of the lower one's noise. The signal you retune to is love. We're loved into existence, and the separate self lives starved of it. Then the wider turn. The journey was never just consciousness, Audree says. It's the whole pie. The room you sit in can be dead. Low-frequency homes are prisons we built, and harmony with nature was never to help the planet. Your being is starved, malnourished by your bed, your clutter, the fabrics you wear. Live in chaos, and your life is chaos. Then their youngest, Sean, wanders in not knowing they had a podcast, and says it better than either of them: if you're not thinking anymore, you won't realize you're there, because you're not thinking about being there. You can't solve the thinking problem with thinking. Nice Is Not Higher Consciousness

Michael and Audree are driving to Canada, recording from the car, fresh off Audree's live meltdown going public. She had not wanted it released, and underneath the meltdown is the real strain: the work is not making money, they need help, and the people who show up mostly want to take it. Michael's instinct is to soften the blow of putting it out. Then he stops: this is a feature, why am I trying to fix it? Whatever comes up for people is what needs to come up for purification. There is nothing to fix. The same move shows up in his body. His back goes out lifting a bin, and instead of fighting the pain he asks what wants purification now. Underneath it is a seething self-hatred toward his own being, bawling that flips into laughter. The real work, Audree says, is loving who you are in the lower states, all the mistakes and the anger and being the a*****e, not performing the enlightened being you wish you were. Every judgment against someone else is just self-hatred turned outward. It is the same trap dressed as spirituality: nice is not higher consciousness. The quiet, gentle, "love and light" voice is a performance when that is not your personality. What actually makes you a being of higher consciousness is no emotional charge, you can say the hard thing with nothing behind it. It is being your design, not someone's idea of spiritual, Michael's sword of truth, Audree's tiger. He gets caught on mic having just tried to be nice instead. But you cannot try your way there. The ego cannot free the ego. Audree was eight, pulled under by a bed of seaweed, and the more she fought the tighter it gripped, until a voice said stop struggling. She went still, and it let go. When you are completely clear, there is no commentary, no dialogue. It just is. That is enlightenment. 00:00 Carcast Kickoff 00:18 Behind the Timeline 01:20 Road Trip to Canada 02:05 Meltdown and Momentum 02:27 Evolution vs Stagnation 03:53 Business Struggle Truth 08:25 No Need to Soften 09:15 Perfection of Creation 10:22 Back Injury as Gift 13:15 Self Hatred and Acceptance 16:07 Judgment in Real Time 17:20 Beauty in Decay 19:11 To God Be Glory 20:44 Creator Consciousness Virus 24:01 Nice vs Powerful 27:52 Detour and Directions 28:23 Clear Truth vs Nice 30:16 Gurus and Integrity 31:35 Human Design Authenticity 32:46 Bridge Song Break 33:17 Publicly Unique Avatar 34:55 Tiger Interview Story 37:53 Light Codes and Ego 40:58 Surrender and Seaweed 44:56 Awareness Shifts Everything 49:43 Cybertruck and Judgment 52:53 No Commentary Enlightenment 53:59 Closing Mantra Signoff
