Backyard Bards

When I first tried this podcast I got a little too ambitious and thought I could start a whole new podcast at 3am when I was already exhausted. I of course feel asleep probably five minutes in since it was three in the freaking morning, but at one point I remember waking up in the middle of episode one. I was half asleep but through my headphones half slipping off my ears I caught the tail end of a joke that made me absolutely crack up even in my delirious state. When I woke up again in morning the first thing I did was put episode one back on from the beginning, and I’ve been binging this podcast nonstop since. I love the characters so much and this podcast does a great job at making everyone, including NPCs, feel like they could be real people. The characters are obviously a bit ridiculous at times, but if we’re being real, what teenage boy isn’t? Their antics and banter have me literally laughing at loud, and each of their stories has me on the edge of my seat waiting to hear more. This podcast has such a great GM, such good players, and amazing humor. I’m so, so glad I found this podcast and genuinely can’t wait for more!
